When we got our dining room table off craigslist the lady we bought it from threw in two giant garbage bags of tablecloths that fit the table that didn't fit her new table. This one she said her mom brought back for her as a souvenir from Finland. I finally looked up the information from the selvage today. It is designed by Per-Olof-Nystrom for Printex. Apparantly Printex was the precurser of Marimekko. The selvage is marked PER-OLOF-NYSTROM "HELSINKI" "HELSINGFORS" PRINTEX SUOMI FINLAND.
